Service Availability
Service availability varies by location, schedule, and equipment type. Emergency field service is offered when scheduling allows and cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate equipment information, including make, model, year, and a description of the issue. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or delays.
Liability
STX Field Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing equipment damage, conditions caused by improper prior maintenance, or consequential downtime arising from third-party part availability.
