Refund Policy

Completed Services
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Once labor has been performed and/or parts have been installed, the work is considered delivered.
Billing Disputes
Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include your invoice number, service date, and a description of the disputed charges.
Case-by-Case Review
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a service has not yet been performed or parts have not been ordered, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
